KBR has started this project since 2021 only after seeing the demand for the high protein rice in the society. This is a pilot project started with just 5 acs last year to 365 acs in 2022. The rice contains high protein which is the need of the hour now. It is cultivaqted mainly in Mayurbhanj district of Odisha, India.
